And The Journey Begins #8

We know it very well like the palm of our handsβ€”our way home. But each of our journey back home is a completely different experience.

  5. another refreshing scenery i like it seriously. For me the interpretation of your photo is that Jesus is the living water, endless and boundless, withoua border. Freshly flowing and waving everyday.

    GODBLESS YOU ALWAYS! πŸ™‚

Hi Zeb! Thanks! You never fail to see beyond the facade of the picture πŸ˜‰
    God bless you, too!

  7. looking on the pic i really miss home
uso na nga po ang homesickness ngayong taglamig dito sabi ko nga sa post ko all year round siyang present

sometimes, where we’re heading to and where we’ve been are the same at a single glance, but when we look back on the course it taught us humility for us to define the real meaning of home, at least we took both roads.

and sometimes we need to answer “The Road Not Taken”

homesick lang po si pong ms. n but he is definitely in joy!
    Be blessed po! Nice shot!
What’s with the palm that even the Lord said he inscribed each one us on the palm of His hands? May be, that’s home. Earthly and heavenly home, in/on His hands.

Ah, Robert Frost’s poem, one that I truly love not only for its content but for its artistry, very nice kasi ang pagkakagamit niya ng meter.

I’m happy to know that Pong is joyful. Keep those happy memories of home, Pong. It’ll help a lot in keeping homesickness at bay. I’ve done that before at effective siya sa akin πŸ˜‰

“What’s with the palm that even the Lord said he inscribed each one us on the palm of His hands? May be, that’s home. Earthly and heavenly home, in/on His hands.”>>me likes this πŸ™‚

  13. I missed HOME πŸ™

    Btw, galing talaga ng kuha…

  14. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

Na-miss mo home? Uwi na! haha!

    Salamat, Jag!

  15. wow, so poetic! idol πŸ™‚

  16. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

    Haha! Idol ka dyan πŸ™‚

  17. Oh yes. Because home is an incomparable haven, it’ll always feel different. =D

  18. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

It is, Pao. It is πŸ™‚

  20. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

Salamat for your kind words about my blog. Salamat liwat ha imo pagkanhi, igkasi-Waray πŸ™‚
Just recently, I have been contemplating on changing the background color of my blog. I’ve been using black for two years now. But since you’ve mentioned black means luck, sige po, hindi ko na muna papalitan πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  21. salamat! hehehe, pero kita naman. ang ganda ng chemistry ng black at white. they help balance the mood.

  22. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

    I think so, too πŸ˜‰

  25. kahit daw nakapikit tayo kaya nating matunton ang daan where we truly belong. pero sa pagtahak sa daan pauwi, pihadong napakaraming twist ans twitches ang nasasalubong.. which makes our coming home worth more than anything else…

  26. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

  27. .. a very timely post for me, miss n – in a few days from now, i’ll be home.

  28. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

Salamat, Rob. Wow, uuwi ka na ba talaga? I’m sure you can’t wait to be home. Excited ka na ‘no?!

  29. i love it! i wonder how long their boat ride will take them to reach home.

  30. nortehanon Nov 10th 2010

Thanks, Kayni! Well, travel time on a boat depends on the condition of the sea. In Samar, sometimes the waves can be as huge as a house, kaya hinay-hinay lang ang takbo ng bangka minsan πŸ˜‰

  32. nortehanon Nov 11th 2010

    Uwi na Ms. Ani!!!!!!!!!!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

  33. Ang galing mo naman….

  34. nortehanon Nov 11th 2010

    Salamat, Angie! Kumusta?

  35. san po yun?

i really wonder where exactly you’re from. πŸ˜€

“But each of our journey back home is a completely different experience.” – tama~ πŸ˜€

can’t wait to go back home – malapit na, yey! πŸ˜€

  36. nortehanon Nov 11th 2010

    Somewhere in Samar hehehe

I can be from the towns in the Pacific pero I can also be from the towns sa sentro πŸ˜‰

Magbabakasyon ka sa Pasko? Yeeey! Sa Pasko saan nga ba ako? Ah, siguro sa Catarman sandali πŸ™‚
