Malipayon nga Pasko!

That’s how we say “Merry Christmas” in my native language, Waray.

My dear brothers and sisters in the blogging world—

As we enjoy Christmas parties, let us not forget that the first Christmas party was simple and it was held in a humble place—the stable.

As we excitedly open gifts, let us not forget that gifts are just symbols of Jesus Christ, the most amazing and spectacular gift God has given us.

As we partake in sumptuous meals, let us not forget others like him and him whom God also promised the coming Kingdom.

May we all have a fun-filled and meaningful Christmas celebration.

This is going to be my last post for this year. From tomorrow until January 3, I won’t have access to internet. The place I’m going to also has erratic phone signal for Smart and Globe and no phone signal for Sun Cellular subscribers like me. So it’s going to be an internet-free and phone-free Christmas for me 🙂

I leave you with this beautiful song. I would love to sing this to you but I’m not sure if you’ll love me singing it heehee. So I’m letting Jose Mari Chan do the job for me 😉 I hope you like the song. Merry Christmas sa inyong lahat and thank you so very much for continuously supporting Nortehanon.Com and its advocacies. See yah next year! Will miss y’all! *hugs…hugs*

Tenkyu! Tenkyu!

Remember the Christmas wish list I made for the bloggers’ exchange of gifts organized by PM? My share of goodies already arrived! Thanks to Caryn. Here they are:

Well, to state the obvious, I got a tripod, some chocolates with peanuts, and a postcard! Saya!

Another surprise came in just recently and it’s also from another blogger. Pero ayaw niya magpabanggit ng name, shy yata tulad ko 🙂 You know who you are kaya maraming salamat! I will use it in such a way that I can also share its content with the readers of Nortehanon.Com.

Again, to Caryn and to the blogger who sent me the package, thank you so much!

And the Journey Begins #10

And I wonder: What do the trees think about as they stand like sentinels? Are they wishing for rain or the warmth of the rays of the sun? They stand still, they wait, and watch..but they won’t share their dreams with us….

muli ay inangkin niya ang munting espasyo;

Homebound

There is something about going home, something about it that simply fills me. So this Christmas I am letting my heart lead the way….
